  • Insufficient time to explore big ideas

  • Lack of support systems to effectively manage stress

  • Inability to counteract imposter syndrome

Mastermind Questions

  • Agendas vary, but generally each meeting begins with a roundtable check-in and then the circle participants move to the main topic of discussion. Sometimes, the circle focuses on providing advice to each other, and sometimes the circle discusses a current issue. The facilitator is present to keep the conversation moving and make sure everyone has the chance to contribute.

  • In general, the preparation for each Mastermind meeting is light. We know you’re busy, we don’t want to add to your burden. There is no assigned “homework” but you may choose some personal action items to complete before the next meeting.

  • We discourage friends from participating in the same circle – especially if they work for the same organization. The point is to expand your network and meet new people, not retreat to known relationships and familiar habits.

Why not try making the journey with others?

If you are intrigued by the idea of joining a Circle, complete our no-obligation application form and we will be in touch. Circles open two times per year – so get your application in.

Blazing every trail on your own is tiring.

People treat you differently when you’re the leader.

They probably like you as a person but resist your position and authority. This friction can isolate leaders from their teams. The best leaders build a robust support network when things are going smoothly, so they have somewhere to turn when the bumps inevitably come.
