The timeline is flexible. We encourage meeting every 2-3 weeks to maintain momentum. Some clients ramp up the intensity and connect weekly, others dial back the pressure and spread our sessions out. We’ll establish the rhythm before we begin but can adapt if necessary.

For most coaching solutions we bill by the program. We’ll set the scope, timeline, and cost at the outset so there are no surprises. However, if billing per session is required, we can make that happen.

We work to set up a meeting schedule at the beginning of each coaching program. Typically, we do not schedule extra sessions, but coaches are available via email/text throughout the program if necessary.

Typically, team coaching includes meeting individually and collectively with team members to discuss the matters at hand. Usually, we liaise with the principal team leader when we set up the contract and co-develop the objectives and deliverables before we begin.
