How did we perform?

A few weeks ago, I posted a worksheet called Weekly Wins which asks you to reflect on your own accomplishments. The Podium Finish worksheet is about looking at your team and noticing their recent personal accomplishments.

If you’re like me, then it is easy to get carried away with your own to-do list. It’s tempting to stay focused on meeting your own targets and moving your own projects forward. But when you’re responsible for others, it can be helpful to look up from your own commitments and recognize the contributions of others.

The power of the Podium Finish is actually deciding the best way to acknowledge those accomplishments. Can you send a note? Can you grab a coffee to share your thoughts in person? Can you bring attention to their accomplishments publicly? Can you mention something online? Be creative!
